Cancellation / Refund Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Siyah Kongre
For cancellation requests made before April 2, 2027, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% bank charges from the paid amount.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 2, 2027.
Only name changes will be accepted after April 2, 2027.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Payment details:
Registration, external participation, accommodation, and transfer fees must be transferred to the bank account listed below, and proof of payment must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail.
